QC Solutions is the developer of FullCircle® Mortgage Quality Control Software. FullCircle® was developed over the past several years with the cooperation of both Lenders and Mortgage Quality Control Outsourcing organizations.
Vito Bellezza was formerly the CEO of publicly traded Tangent Solutions, a company that specialized in developing Financial Software Solutions (Tangent Solutions was a Public Holding Company with three wholly owned operating companies, Quick Credit, EBS, the Mortgage Quality Control Software developer and an IT division). From 1996 thru 2001, while Mr. Bellezza was CEO, Tangent Solutions made 5 strategic acquisitions and during that time, profitable sales grew from $2.6 million to over $15 million.
FullCircle® is a server based software solution that contains every feature needed to complete Post-Closing QC reviews. FullCircle® is the most user-friendly and least costly solution available today for Mortgage lenders and outsourcers. QC Solutions has plans in motion, to further develop its software to satisfy Loan Quality Initiatives (LQI) requirements of the GSE’s and FHA/HUD.
