		<description>Admin, Yes more regulation is a bad thing.  The issue is Dodd-Frank is in fact the law.  The details are being worked out (cart before the horse I know) and the individualy affected agencies are making their policies now.  We can&#039;t stop this from happening so our options are to sit back and let it happen, or step up and get inolved.  You can help creat policy that the mortgage industry supports and makes sense to the consumer.  What will you choose to do?</description>
