Mary Kladde is the founder and CEO of Titan Lenders Corp, a Denver, CO based provider of mortgage fulfillment, back office fulfillment, mortgage closing and post closing services. Titan was created to meet the mortgage industry’s increasing demand for a variable cost solution to managing mortgage closing, post closing, mortgage compliance and mortgage fulfillment processes without maintaining personnel or an investment in technology infrastructure.
Kladde’s 18 years of actual mortgage operations experience and exposure to all residential lending channels and processes from origination through point of sale has provided unique insight into the operational needs of lenders and investors. Deborah Aydelotte
Deborah Aydelotte has over 20 years of experience leading diverse production operations groups within large retail, wholesale, and correspondent business channels. She has served in key leadership roles within several mortgage industry organizations to include: Wells Fargo, Dime/North American Mortgage, Mellon Bank, HomeSide Lending, and Fleet Mortgage. Deb’s industry tenure provides a broad knowledge base with experience that spans originations and capital markets, to investor relations and servicing. In addition, Debora is Six Sigma trained with a long list of leadership and service awards to her credit. Ms. Aydelotte has lived and studied abroad, and has earned a BA in Business Management coupled with a minor in Communications.
